By accessing or using the WC Apparel & Graphic Design website, you agree to play by the rules outlined below. If you don't agree with these terms, you probably shouldn't request a quote or use our site.
Custom Orders and Proofing
We pride ourselves on getting your custom apparel and signs exactly right. Every custom order requires your final approval on a digital proof before we start the presses.
Review carefully: Once you approve a proof, you are signing off on the design, spelling, and colors.
No take-backs on typos: If you approve a proof that says "Worren County," you are getting a box of items that say "Worren County."
Production timelines: Turnaround times start only after you officially approve the final proof and pay any required deposits.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website are free and carry zero obligations. Prices are subject to change based on material availability, order size adjustments, or sudden changes to your design requirements.
Returns and Refunds
Because we create custom products tailored specifically for your team or business, we do not accept returns on personalized items. If there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our end that deviates from the approved proof, let us know within 7 days of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.
